A cake can never disappoint you because its the universal dessert that happens to be the perfect sweet dish for every occasion. Teams are provided with basic ingredients and resources to bake, design and decorate cake. Teams cover all aspects of Cake Decorating from drawing and concept design, to cutting, stacking, shaping, and most importantly layering and decorating of the cake. Once complete, teams line up their delightful cake for a show that decides the winner.
The activity is all about
1. Focusing on the benefits of individual participation and team collaboration while incorporating business specific objectives and organizational values.
2. Teams have the freedom to think creatively and learn to utilize collaborative innovation in designing their themed cake.
