Motivation

Self-motivated employees are always doing their best. They are productive and efficient and always are eager to participate in the organisation’s efforts. They do their bit in the development of the company. Self motivated employees are assets as they do not only the bare minimum, they are always trying to do the best they can. But not everyone is self-motivated, some need to be motivated every once in a while. Unmotivated employees are unproductive or inefficient but also a waste of the company’s resources. Motivational training, exercises and speeches can go a long way in helping individuals instill motivation. Or at the least, at least temporarily boost their morale and motivation.
